    On the hundredth anniversary of establishing the “Rzeczpospolita” daily, the newspaper’s editorial staff presented awards to distinguished representatives of science, culture and sport, philanthropists, and respectable institutions.     The ‘Health Visionary’ awards were presented during the official Gala organized by the “Do Rzeczy” weekly magazine in Warsaw on May 11, 2021.     The Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing in Kajetany, led by Prof. Henryk Skarżyński for a continuous period of 25 years, became a laureate of the “Success of the Year in Healthcare – Leaders in Medicine” competition in the “Leader of the Year 2020 in Healthcare – innovative hospital” category.     On 26 October 2020, during the opening ceremony of the 2nd’ Health of Poles’ 2020 Congress, Prof. Romuald Zabielski, Vice President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, solemnly presented the Medal of the Polish Academy of Sciences.     On 9 July 2020, during the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Polish Olympic Movement at the Polish Olympic Committee (PKOL) headquarters in Warsaw, Prof. Henryk Skarżyński received the commemorative award.
